ISLAMABAD: The compilation of geological maps and technical report of Nosham area of Balochistan is in progress and near completion. According to the detail, the geological experts have completed mapping of Nosham area under a coal exploration and evaluation project. Initial study of maps, toposheets, aerial photographs and satellite imageries has been completed and the data has been transferred from aerial photographs/satellite imageries onto toposheets. The detail showed that now the compilation of geological maps and technical report of the project is in progress and near completion. The Rs42.318 million project titled “exploration and evaluation of coal in Nosham and Bahlol areas, Balochistan” had been approved in 2017. TLTP
