Tribesmen seek provision of basic facilities in Bazaar Zakha Khel

Residents demanded of the provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to make ensure utilization of 3.3 billion rupees, specialized for the tribal of Bazaar Zakha Khel, the remote and militancy hit area of sub-division Landi Kotal, district Khyber for the welfare of masses.
It is to be stated here that last week, the KP government has announced a special package for the uplift of the Bazaar Zakha Khel.
Maulana Noor Muhammad said that for the last seven decades, the Bazaar Zakah Khel area has been neglected and they want to consume the huge allocated fund in the best interests of people.
He maintained that if technical college is approved in Bazaar Zakha Khel, large number of their jobless youths will avail practical expertize that will provide employment opportunities to them.
Communication sources are limited in the area and almost all link roads are in dilapidated conditions that needs attention of the concerned authority, he remarked.
The mining department can formulate projects for hunting minerals in their mountains that will bring prosperity to the area, he added and said the locality lacks facilities in health, education and other people welfare departments that needs to be developed.
Riaz Afridi, candidate for chairmanship candidate in Bazaar Zakha Khel said that in the 21st century, electricity has not been supplied to them.
A limited number of educational institutions have been established but due to lack of teaching staffs, it has non-functional.
Large scale of land is barren and if affective irrigation system is provided to them, it will turn into cultivated and most produced land of Khyber, he argued.
