Karachi: Sindh is the lucky province that gave women rights and opportunities; this was said by PPP member Sindh Assembly Sadia Javed. She was addressing the award distribution ceremony at ten-day electronic media workshop arranged by Women Media Center, Pakistan in collaboration with National Endowment for Democracy. Sadia Javed said that women in the Sindh Assembly are active as Shaheed Benazir Bhutto paved a way when she herself led the men of this country. During her address she stated that PPP passed the Students Bill in the Assembly so that the new generation could enter politics. While applauding the leadership of PPP, Sadia said that women in other political parties have no power to make decisions. Online
