According to Assistant Commissioner Wana and Additional Assistant Commissioner Wana, the results of all their polling stations (VC / NC) have been received.
On the other hand, in the local body elections for South Waziristan Wana sub-division chairmanship, the results of 92 out of 95 polling stations have been declared.
According to unofficial results, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam candidate Maulana Muhammad Saleh Wazir came first with 7409 votes, while PTI candidate Ajab Gul Wazir came second with 5742 votes and independent candidate Taj Wazir came third with 3808 votes. Congratulations on the victory of its chairmanship.
It may be recalled that re-polling will be held at three polling stations as there were reports of arson, siege and theft of ballot boxes at three polling stations.
