Chairman, Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) Muhammad Faiq Shah has stated the whole nation awaiting verdict of the apex court. He emphasized it is a dire need of hour to build up consensus for moving toward holding fresh elections in the country.
“We appeal to superior judiciary to promptly give vibrant judgements on all issues in order to remove deadlock or delay and differences as well”,
Faiq while talking to reporters here on Tuesday noticed the country has run on auto as currently no government and administration is functional, which may cause anarchy and turbulence.
The ATP chief demanded the political parties should present democratic line of action or strategy by ending the thinking of dictatorship.
Shah wants to decide the future of provincial legislative assemblies at earliest that would ensure timely formation of caretaker government in all provinces.
He suggested that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) should launch a special training programme for the elections wherein the way for conducting an independent elections would be paved.
Faiq observed that people of Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan and KP have fallen prey to severe uncertain situations.
The ATP chairman expressed fear that martial law would be imposed owing to any mistake of the political parties.
He urged the apex court to define a holistic democratic and moral code on which the election commission should ensure full implementation.
Shah said if the haste strategy was not adopted, then people would carryout strict and best accountability of the government.
He appealed to the apex court should make a decisive role on this juncture.

The ATP chairman appealed to the Supreme Court to announce strict punishment for all those people who have ensured execution of wrong orders to their implementation that had been made in provincial assemblies.
