In view of political uncertainty, all public and private hospitals in Rawalpindi division have refused to treat patient entitled to Sehat Insaf Card.
Unfortunately, all public and private hospitals of Rawalpindi have postponed the operation of patients, instead of treating them on allocated day of operation.
While explaining the hidden story, source told on the condition of anonymity that hospital management using this tactic as they are concerned about the reimbursement of funds to be incurred under health card as the government seems to be booted out.
Source told that hundreds of patients have been denied to the treatment under Sehat Insaaf Card in Rawalpindi, Chakwal , Jehlum and Attock’s hospitals.
Great deal of distress arose as all the hospitals have stopped accepting the admission of any patient under Sehat Insaaf Card without any explanation and announcement.
While having the concerns over the imbursement of funds hospitals’ management not only have stopped the admission of any new patient but also started giving new dates to the previous patients who came after the inception of April.
