MARDAM
First Democratic Front (FDF) chairman Col (retd) Raja Javed Mujtaba said that the long march is not in the national interest and therefore they rejected the long march. He expressed these views while addressing a news conference at Mardan press club.
Major R Maqbool, provincial president, Haroon Khan provincial secretary, Noor Shad divisional president, Amir Nawaz Khan Mardan divisional president and a large number of lawyers were present on the occasion.
He argued that the political parties remove ethics from Pakistani politics. He added that the people will bury the politics of accusation and abuse forever. He added that at present, all the political parties in the country are engaged in the politics of their personal interests instead of public interest. That is why inflation, lawlessness and poverty are increasing with each passing day and there is also uncertainty in the country.
He added that the 2023 election is the target of FDF and they will participate in the election with full homework and after winning the 2023 election will become the vice of the poor, oppressed and the working people because as the present political parties have failed to meet the expectations of the people.
He added that the FDF is the only option to establish the rule of law in the country. He said that the people were fed up with the existing political parties and their leadership that is why various people and activists of the existing political parties have approached him to join the FDF and soon the FDF will emerge as a major political party of the country.
