LHC suspends Sessions court order for registration of case against Rana Sana Ullah, police officers

LAHORE : Lahore High Court (LHC) has suspended the sessions court order for registration of case against Interior minister Rana Sana Ullah, CCPO and DIG operations.

The court while issuing notices to respondents have sought reply from them on next hearing.

Lahore Sessions Court had ordered to register case against Rana Sana Ullah and police officers for police violence against the lawyers during PTI Long March.
Constable Muhammad Aslam had resorted to LHC against Sessions Court decision.

The petitioner had requested the court Lahore Sessions court had ordered to register the case contrary to the facts. Therefore, Sessions court decision be declared null and void.
