Deputy Commissioner Tank hold ‘Khuli Katchery

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Tank Hameedullah Khattak held an open court (Khuli Katchery) here at outskirts villages aiming to resolve the problems of the people on priority.
In the light of the orders of the provincial government the open court was held at village Gara Pathar and Kalo Parang.
The ‘Khuli Kutchery’ was attended by a large number of citizens including elders. Addressing the participants, DC Tank expressed his resolve to make Tank polio free city.
He urged parents to get their children administered with anti-polio drops to protect them from lifelong disability. “Polio-free Tank is our mission,” he said.
The Deputy Commissioner warned that no one would be allowed to show careless attitude towards the campaign. He said that immunization of every child below five years of age would be ensured.
Deputy Commissioner also spoke about the power load shedding, erection of illegal barriers on Warren Canal, construction of police check post on Cheson Kach Road and other public issues.
The open court was aimed to provide basic amenities to the citizens at the doorsteps by making them aware of the problems. Khattak said that illegal cut off of water from the irrigation channel will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Deputy Commissioner issued orders on the spot for immediate resolution of some of the issues raised by the citizens. The elders of the area thanked the Deputy Commissioner for holding the open court.
