After a nerve-wracking Kabaddi match in the ongoing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Traditional Games, the host Charsadda made a name for itself in the final despite Peshawar”s excellent performance.
However, Charsadda won the match by 30-29 points. Captain Mohib and Saddam played a key role in the victory of Charsadda. Operations Jamshed Baloch distributed prizes among the players. District Sports Officer Tehseen Ullah, Assistant Director Sports Zakira, Admin Officer Irshad Khan, Admin Officer Imran Ullah, International Kabaddi Referee Malang Jan and other personalities were present on the occasion.
Under the auspices of Director General Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Traditional Games are being held all over the province. Sports will be organized in a better way in the future according to the directive of Director General Sports KP Khalid Khan. After the completion of the district round of the Traditional Games, all the position holders would be called to Peshawar for the final round wherein they would also be awarded with cash prizes.
