A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chairman Muhammad Younis Khan in connection with the admission campaign of Parents Teachers Council of Government Centennial Model High School No. 3 Mardan.
Members and teachers participated in the meeting. On this occasion, Principal Hafiz Zubair Ahmad informed the meeting about the council meeting regarding the campaign 2022, according to the vision of Secretary Education.
Council member and Vice President of Mardan Press Club Falak Sher Khan emphasized to make the admission campaign a success in any case and said that the council members of the school will go door to door and force the parents to admit the out-of-school children in any nearest government school.
A strategy was unanimously formulated in the meeting, according to the strategy an awareness walk will be organized in the city.
A group of council members in the form of a Jirga will go to the workshops and shops and meet directly with the out-of-school children and ask their parents as well as the owners of the workshops and shops.
The council members will have convinced the parents and owners of the workshop and shop to enroll the children under their supervision in educational institutions and fulfil their National responsibility. Different committees of teachers were formed in the meeting.
The committee will meet the parents of out-of-school children in their respective areas to bring their children from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge.
It was also decided in the meeting that members of council will arrange meetings with the trader’s organization office bearers and representatives and appeal to make a code of conduct mandatory for the education of children working in shops and workshops.
