Waqar Younis lashes out at Pakistan middle order

Former Pakistan Captain Waqar Younis lashed out at the team’s middle-order which had no answers to the questions posed by the Sri Lankan bowlers yesterday in the last game of Super Four Asia Cup.
Babar Azam and his men were bowled out for 121 after being put into bat first. They had their powerplay of the event (49/1); however, they were also bowled out for their lowest event total.
Babar Azam made 30 off 29 balls while Rizwan scored 14 off 13. However, the remaining middle-order batters too failed to strike at even a 100, with Fakhar Zaman (13 off 18), Iftikhar Ahmed (13 off 17), and Khushdil Shah (4 off 8) coming up with lackluster performances as well, despite it being a dead rubber.
