Peshawar High Court bench consisting of Justice Lal Jan Khattak and Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim expressed displeasure in the case COC 267 after the interval, Chief Minister KP Mahmood Khan and Chairman Frontier Education Foundation appeared in court. Ordered.
According to the details, the said bench had ordered on December 16, 2021 to decide the appeal of two dismissed employees of KP Frontier Education Foundation within a month, which could not be done due to Managing Director Imad Ali MD.
On behalf of managing director Imad Ali MD, lawyer Shabbir assured the court that he would decide the said appeal in a short time, but due to his obstinacy, it still did not happen. These dismissed employees again filed COC 267, on which the said bench expressed displeasure and said that despite the passage of ten months, managing director Imad Ali, instead of implementing the two court decisions, took Lait Walal.
Expressing displeasure with Managing Director Imad Ali and Dawood Khan Secretary Higher Education, the said bench ordered Chief Minister KPK to appear, which gave another 15 days last chance and time on the plea and assurance of Advocate General.
He warned them that strict action would be taken if the matter was not dealt with by the next appearance.
