Mushaal Mullick Chairperson Peace and Culture Organisation lashed out at the fascist Narendra Modi government for unleashing a wave of state terrorism and barbarism, demanding the that UN bodies, human rights organisations and OIC to shun the duplicity and take notice of on-going world worst war crimes in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
Mushaal, wife of senior hurriyat leader Yasin Malik, in a statement on Thursday stated that the supremacist Indian government crossed all limits of cruelties and inhuman acts but ironically the world largely observed criminal silence in this regard.
Mushaal said that Indian being the second populated countries in the world; hence the powerful self-centered countries often preferred their commercial interests over the human rights.
She lamented that the UN bodies and international community repeated the mantra of human rights violations issues but practically they are doing nothing to this effect, as they often used the issue for their vested interests.
The hurriyate leader went on to say that it could be judged from the fact that the Israeli government in Palestine and Indian government in the occupied valley had been committing war crimes and genocide of the people for the last several decades but the world remained tightlipped because the victims are mulims.
The chairperson urged the UN bodies and especially the OIC to intervene and resolve the issue of Kashmir as per the UN agreed formula and aspirations of people of Kashmiris before it is too late.
Mushaal warned that the delay in settlement of decades-long dispute could risk the regional peace and the war flames could engulf the whole region which would have catastrophic affects globally since both Pakistan and India are nuclear countries.
