Faiq calls for devising a joint strategy to overcome the economic crisis

PESHAWAR: Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) chairman Muhammad Faiq Shah has emphasized the need of framing a joint strategy to pull the country from present economic crisis. Commenting on the unexpected announcement of Imran Khan regarding postponement of ‘sit-in’ and unspecified invasion program, Faiq called the move laudable in which the PTI chairman has demonstrated wisdom while keeping the prevailing scenario in the country. Talking about prevalent unpleasant situations in federating units, the ATP chief noted Sindh and Balochistan from deprivations and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from political turmoil are adversely affected.
Government isn’t seen anywhere and only a tug of war continued to gain power, he added.
Shah while talking to media here on Sunday observed flood victims are being faced with awful and painful situations in chilling winter weather.
On the other hand, he added that political parties have been set up their own franchises and businesses for personal gains.
Tourism and business are suspended in the picturesque valley of Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan, the ATP chief noted.
He made it clear the current economic crisis would be further deepened until elimination of prevailing uncertainty and instability.
Faiq went on to say that the unmatched capabilities of youths were unutilized properly as brain drain from Pakistan has gradually increased with each passing day. He added that a large number of people are going abroad.
He emphasized it is the duty of the government to provide opportunities and to take advantage of the skills and capabilities of the youths as they want to do everything for Pakistan. However, he said none of the governments have available any roadmap.
Only politics of betrayal and deceit and youth who are giving sacrifice have caught up in a mire of frustration, the ATP chief said.
Shah said his party wants to give a brighter future to youths.
Therefore, he asked the youths to be united under the ATP platform as the destination isn’t far away.
