PESHAWAR: CCPO Peshawar Mohammad Aijaz Khan paid late night visits to different check posts. He visits Sirband, Achinni Cross and Budhabar check posts. CCPO lauded the courage of policemen for repelling an attack on the Achini Cross check post a few days ago. During the visit, he made a detailed review of the security arrangements inside and outside and around with the help of night vision Instructions were issued to cops on the duty to ensure use of bullet proof jackets and helmets during the duty. The CCPO also directed the police officers to conduct intelligence-based operations against the miscreants and widen the scope of search operations on credible information. Aijaz Khan interacted with the cops and got information about their problems in the check posts.
