Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali has said that struggle within the framework of the constitution is the right of every citizen, saying the problems of Newly Merged Areas (NMAs) and Malakand region would be resolved on priority basis as the federal government taking effective steps to implement the recommendations of all the tribal districts including Malakand.
He expressed these views while addressing a 150-member delegation from Malakand division at Governor House Peshawar here on Saturday. The delegation included people from the political, social, business community and other walks of life of Malakand.
In the meeting with the Governor, the delegation had a detailed discussion regarding the problems faced by the Malakand Division, including electricity and gas.
Speaking on this occasion, Governor Haji Ghulam Ali said that Pakistan has been blessed by God with immense blessings for which there is little to be thankful for.
He said that special attention has been given to all the tribal districts including Malakand division and Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif also has the same vision that like every citizen of the country, our tribal people should also face development and prosperity independently.
He said that this is not the time for hatred, it is time to move forward with each other with love and respect.
