The federal government will implement the salary recommendations: Governor Ghulam Ali

Governor Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Haji Ghulam Ali said that the clerks are the backbone of the administration and the issues of clerks will be resolved on priority basis. He expressed these views while talking to a 10-member delegation of All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) at governor house, a press statement says.
According to the statement the delegation was included by Aurangzeb Kashmiri central secretary general, Mumtaz Ali provincial president, Ghulam Sarwar central vice president, Mohammad Ali Shah General Secretary, Kamran General Secretary. Mian Amjad Ali President Peshawar, Ulfat Kundi President Tank. Imtiaz Sheikh, President Haripur. Nasir Khan Health Department President. Inam President Health Department Charsadda.
The Central Secretary General of APCA discussed the issues and problems of clerks with the Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Apca central general secretary requested the governor to send recommendations to the federal government to implement the recommendations of the Pay and Pension Committee. The APCA office bearers told the governor that there is no money in the provincial treasury for salaries in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa every month. Therefore the governor sent a recommendation to the federal government to pay the arrears due by the provinces according to the eighteenth amendment. The federal government should pay it to the province. The office bearers told the governor that every month, the provincial government pays the salaries of government employees by taking loans from GP fund, leave encashment and other means.
