DSP among three policemen embraced martyrdom in a gun attack on Saturday

Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Moazzam Jah Ansari on Sunday visited the families of policemen slain in a terrorist attack on Sarband police station.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Sardar Hussain and his gunmen Irshad Khan and Jahanzed embraced martyrdom in a midnight gun attack on the above-mentioned police station located on the outskirts of the provincial capital.
The IGP said that the sacrifice of the police martyrs will not go in vain and the elements involved in this cowardly incident will be arrested very soon
Chief Capital City Police (CCPO) Peshawar and SSP Operations were also present on the occasion.
The IGP condoled with the families of the three martyrs and prayed that Allah Almighty grants the martyrs high status in Jannat al-Firdous and enables the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss with patience.
IG-KP expressed his heartfelt sympathy and compassion to the children of the slain policemen and announced free education for them.
While talking to the heirs of the martyrs, IGP Moazzam Jah Ansari paid tribute to the spirit of the three police martyrs in fulfilling their duties.
