CHARSADDA: The funeral prayer of martyred police constable Rameez Khan was offered here at Police Lines Charsadda. A large number of police officers including Regional Police Officer (RPO) Mardan Muhammad Ali Khan, SP Investigation Charsada Sajjad Khan, DSP CTD, DSP, SDPOs, SHOs and other police officers attended the funeral prayer. Police constable Rameez Khan deputed at Dheri Zardad when falled prey to a terrorist attack. Khan critically wounded and was rushed to nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Mardan Muhammad Ali Khan praised martyred Constable Rameez Khan for showing bravery in repulsing the attack and sacrificing life for the protection of the country and the nation. He said that the history of the police force is full of sacrifices and anti-national elements have never succeeded in their evil goals. The funeral prayer of Shaheed Constable will be offered at 8:00 pm in the ancestral graveyard of Gul Baba. Our Correspondent
