Labourers protest at Torkham Border

Daily wage workers held a protest at Pak-Afghan Torkham border on Thursday demanding relaxation with labourers movement at the border.
A score of daily wage jobless works gathered at NADRa chowk at Torkham border holding black flags, chanted slogans in their favour of demands and calling for relaxation of movement of daily wagers at the border.
The protest was led by Amir Nawaz Shinwari, president of the Labor Wing.
Amir Nawaz while speak on the occasion demanded of the government to provide relief to the workers on both sides of the border.
He said no workers should be torcher by the border authorities but both sides of governments should provide them with employment opportunities so that everyone could have grab equal opportunity to earn livelihood for their families.
