‘austerity’ measures
ISLAMABAD
The federal cabinet ministers belonging to PML-N have decided to work without salaries keeping in view the severe economic crisis confronting the country. The PML-N ministers have decided not to get their salaries in view of dire economic situation. The ministers included: 12 federal ministers and three state ministers of federal cabinet. These PML-N ministers will work on voluntary basis. PM Shehbaz who himself is advocating for austerity measures, has already accepted the request of 14 of his special assistants who wanted to work without any remunerations..
