PTI leader Farrukh Habib has challenged in high court his summon notice issued from FIA.
The petitioner has taken plea in the petition that FIA has summoned Farrukh Habin at 11 a.m tomorrow. FIA proceedings is based on ill intent.
The petitioner has requested the court to suspend FIA summon notice.
FIA and others have been made respondents in the petition.
