The LHC has disposed of a plea filed by PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry against Nawaz Sharif’s treatment abroad. LHC’s Justice Ali Baqir Najfi on the head of two-judge bench on Thursday remarked if someone has something against anyone then he can go to the relevant court. “Only NAB can file a petition in this regard,” the judge said. The court was informed Fawad has filed the plea, praying the court that Nawaz Sharif went out of the country for medical treatment for eight months but even passage of three years he has not returned to the country.
