LAHORE : The petition against Election Commission (EC) notice for removing Imran Khan from chairmanship of PTI has been fixed for hearing in Lahore High Court (LHC).
A five members full bench of LHC presided over by Justice Sahahid Bilal Hassan will hear the petition today on March 21.
The other members of bench are Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza, Justice Shahid Karim, Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry and Justice Jawad Hassan.
Imran Khan had challenged EC January 04 notice in connection with his removal as chairman PTI.
It is pertinent to mention here EC had initiated the proceedings of removing him from the office of chairman PTI after disqualifying him from NA-95 in Toshakhana case. The EC had issued notice to Imran Khan.
