ISLAMABAD
Secretary Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) asked complainents to submit more details in support of reference they have submitted against supreme court (SC) judge Justice Mazahar Ali Naqvi in SJC.
SJC secretary issued letter in this regard on Friday.
In letter to compalinent Mian Dawood advocate, SJC secretary asked him to submit affidavit.
Letter was issued under SJC inquiry rules article-5 subsection-3.
Mian Dawood advocate said affidavit is not constitutional demand but we will submit affidavit in this week.
According to Mian Dawood advocate, under rules complainent only has to verify his identity.
He said these kind of letters only could be delay tectics inproceding on the reference against Justice Mazahar Ali Naqvi.
Creating delay is the expression of dishonesty by SJC:Mian Dawood
