PESHAWAR: Capital City Police Peshawar arrested ringleader of burglars’ gang active in the suburban localities of the city on Friday. The arrested accused Ahad son of Fazal Rahim, resident of Surizai Upper along with his accomplices was used to steal valuables from houses during night. He was arrested on tip under a well-planned strategy. The arrested accused during the initial investigation has confessed to various burglary incidents and also revealed the names of his other accomplices. A special team headed by DSP Saddar, Mohammad Ali has been constituted to arrest other members of the gang. APP
The police have also recovered a stolen amount of Rs.50,000/- and arms from the accused. Further investigation was in progress.
