Senior lawyer Aitzaz Ahsan has said the election of Punjab and KP assemblies will have to be got held.
He said this while talking on his arrival in Lahore High Court (LHC) Wednesday.
He added Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) took suo motu notice under sub section-3 of article 184.The legislation enacted in parliament will have no impact on suo motu notice.
He observed March 01 court decision will stay with 3-2 majority. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Mandokhail have said they have given March 01 decisoin.
He stated hat they are trying to regulate dissenting note of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah through parliament.
