MUZAFFARABAD: The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Supreme Court (SC) Thursday dismissed the interim plea of former prime minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas against the decision of the High Court. A three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice Raja Saeed Akram, heard the plea. Justice Raza Ali Khan and Justice Khawaja Naseem were part of the bench. The appeal of the former AJK prime minister will be heard, but no date has been given so far. It is to be noted here that the AJK High Court had disqualified former prime minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas for contempt of court. DNA
