Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has extended interim bail of Imran Khan and other PTI leaders till May 17 in judicial complex vandalism case. The case came up for hearing before ATC Islamabad led by Judge Raja Jawad Abbas here Tuesday. The court while moving to Farrukh Habib remarked you have not appeared in the court on last two hearings. Whether it happened not so that you were lifted.
Farrukh Habib told the court he is not fond of roaming in the country.

Asa Umar, Umar Ayub, Ali Nawaz, Hassan Niazi, Azam Swati, Raja Khurram Nawaz and Farrukh Habib appeared in the court along with their lawyer Babar Awan.

Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi too appeared in the court.

The court accepted exemption from attendance plea from Shibli Faraz, Asad Qaisar and Zulfiq Bokhari.

Babar Awan told the court Imran Khan bail plea is fixed in Islamabad High Court on Mary 03.

Babar Awan requested the court to extend Imran Khan interim bail till the decision of his bail plea in IHC.

It is pertinent to mention here that cases are registered against PTI leaders in Golra police station and CTD.
