EC declares
ISLAMABAD
Election Commission while announcing reserved judgment has said that Chaudhry Shujaat will be the president of PML-Q. The EC while pronouncing the decision on the matter of president -ship of PML-Q rejected petition filed by Chaudhry Wajahat. The EC said in its decision Chaudhry Shujjat will be the president of PML-Q. The constitutional amendment made during the stay order is illegal. The petition of Chaudhry Wajahat regarding amendment in PML-Q constitution was nullified by EC`.
It is pertinent to mention here EC had reserved judgment on March 22 regarding the case pertaining to presidentship of PML-Q.
