Sources said, Details According to reports, yesterday Anti-Corruption Mardan Region AD Farrukh Sirkhan raided the houses of former Minister Food Atif Khan and former Member of Provincial Assembly Zahir Shah Toro on the FIR registered under the allegations of illegal recruitment in Fisheries Department Mardan with a heavy police force. Both the accused were found missing, while Anti-corruption arrested the former Minister of State Ali Muhammad Khan, who was arrested in front of the ATC court a day ago in the fisheries department recruitment case, was presented in the local court from where the court remanded the accused to judicial custody for fourteen days.
He was sent to the Central Jail. It is clear that complaints were filed in March 2023 in Anti-Corruption Mardan against the illegal recruitments in Fisheries Department Mardan in March 2023, in which after the investigation, on May 10, 2023, the accused were formally named, including former Minister Atif Khan, former members of the province.
Cases were registered under PPC 409/5(2) pc act against Assemblymen Amir Farzand Khan, Abdul Salam Afridi, Aftar Shahwani, Zahir Shah Toro, former Minister of State Ali Mohammad Khan, former Member of National Assembly Mujahid Khan, Assistant Director of Fisheries Department and other officers. Accordingly, we will take all legal measures to fulfill the requirements of justice and bring the accused under the law as soon as possible.
