An emergency meeting of the Markazi Tanzeem of Tajiran District Mardan (Zahir Shah Group) was held under the chairmanship of Provincial General Secretary Zahir Shah Khan Mardan Chamber Office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In the meeting, the pharaoh-tempered attitude and corruption of Halal Foods Authority(HFA)staff Deputy Director Assistant Director(DDAD) in Mardan District was discussed. The said officials of Halal Food Authority are taking undue advantage of their position and forcing businessmen to comply with illegal demands along with mental torture.
The current example of this is that three days ago, they illegally seized a Suzuki vehicle with cold drinks from a shopkeeper named Abdullah and took the Vehicle to his office by tricking them and kept demanding for three days that they would give him 100,000 rupees and then leave the vehicle with the goods, then fifty. But the shopkeeper kept insisting that I have charged the full rate from the person from whom I bought the goods and I have the receipt with me.

Because of people like them, the relevant departments are not very efficient. And there are problems for business people too, so we strongly demand the Chief Minister, Caretaker Azam Khan, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali, Minister of Food and Secretary of Food and other relevant authorities to Take departmental action against them and immediately dismiss them.Otherwise, there will be Duma Dum Mast Qalandar through shutter down strike in Mardan and the entire province.
