One day awareness seminar aimed to sensitize the tribal youth of traffic rules was held here in subdivision Bara last day. The activity was jointly organized by the youth assembly, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, administration and district affairs while tehsil mayor Mufti Kafeel was the chief guest on the occasion.
Head of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa traffic learning school Shazia Shahid supervised the session and large numbers of youths and representatives of various organizations were among the participants. The chief guest appreciated the organizers for initiating fruitful session for the people especially for the youth community to inform them of the law of traffic.
Suck kinds of moot not only sensitize the masses to follow the traffic regulation but if practically imposed can decrease traffic mishaps also, he added.
Earlier, the trainers’ traffic warden Asif Raza and Faisal delivered useful speeches and imparted knowledge while highlighting different aspects of the traffic system.
They shed light on demerits of overspeeding, underaged driving, one wheeling and driving without license etc.
The participants appreciated the first ever traffic seminar in Bara and said it would certainly help to overcome traffic fatalities that had become a routine and caused human loss.
At the end souvenirs, certificates and trophies were presented to the organizers and the best participants.
