ISLAMABAD: Islamabad capital police Tarnol Police Station team arrested four notorious drug dealers including a lady involved in a series of drug peddling cases and recovered 6,178 gram of heroin and 880 gram Ice from their possession, a police public relations officer said. He said that, following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city. Following these directives, the Incharge of police station Tarnol Shabbir Ahmed Tanoli and his team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending four drug peddlers including a lady red handed. Police team also recovered 6,178 gram of heroin and 880 gram Ice worth more than one million rupees from their possession. The accused were identified as Zarif Khan, Rooh Ullah, Saleh Shah and Mahram Bibi. The accused were involved in a series of drug supplying cases in twin cities.
