SUJAWAL: The police arrested a suspect in the murder case of 12-year-old Raja Jogi whose body was found dumped near a poultry farm in Sujawal district on Saturday night. The police said that the arrested suspect was the cousin of the deceased and has confessed to having killed his young cousin after subjecting him to brutal torture father of the deceased Umer Jogi said that his son went missing on Saturday evening and late on the same night they found his body bearing marks of torture, later doctor confirmed physical torture inflicted on deceased. However, police held that the possibility of sexual violence could not be ruled out. The bereaved father alleged that his nephew Gulsher Jogi had killed his son as his nephew was a mentally challenged person. On the other hand, an official of the police said that they would not suspend the process of investigation and would further stretch the range of investigation despite the confession of the suspect.
