ISLAMABAD: The petition against declaring Toshakhana case admissible has been fixed for hearing on August 03 in Islamabad High Court (IHC). The appeal plea against maintainability of Toshakhana case will come up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Amir Farooq on August 03. Chairman PTI has raised objection on Humayun Dilawar judge of trial court. The court had sent the matter of face books posts attributed to the judge to FIA cyber crime wing. IHC had ordered FIA to investigate the matter of face book posts besides filing report before next hearing of the case. According to sources the report has not been filed by FIA so far. DNA
