Bajaur wins PCB inter district senior Fata region championship

Bajaur senior cricket team won the final of Pakistan Cricket Board regional inter district senior Fata region tournament and named the trophy.
The final match played between Bajaur senior and Tank in which Bajour defeated Tank by getting 3 extra points.
Batting first Bajaur made 226 in their first innings M Riaz score 74 while Zaid Ahmad and Muhammad Irfan 45 and 28 respectively. Sohrab Khan of Tank took 4 wickets while Asif Ali and Ahmad Asfandyar got 2 wickets each.
Tank team failed to level the score of Bajour first innings and all team were bowled out for 209. Bajaur got 16 runs lead in their first innings against its opponent Tank and remained successful in achieving 3 extra points. Maaz Khan bowling brilliantly and got 5 wickets, however M Irfan took 3 and Hayat Ullah 2 wickets.
Bajaur team scored 275 in the second innings, Abdullah made 92 and Aizaz Khan 51 runs. Asif Ali and Muhammad Adnan of Tank 3 wickets each in second innings.
Bajaur team in coach Riaz Kail supervision surpassed another achievement and named the PCB trophy for the first in history. Besides, Bajaur team also got championship title of all Khyber Pakhtunkhwa schools U-16, inter regional district U-19 tournament.
