ISLAMABAD, Sep 16 (Online): PTI chairman Imran Khan has resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the decision of special court set up under official secret act regarding rejection of his bail plea in cipher case.
Chairman PTI has filed his bail plea in IHC in cipher case. The bail petition has been filed through barrister Suleman Safdar.
Imran Khan through his petition has requested the court to release him on bail.
Special court established under official secret act had rejected bail plea of chairman PTI.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain had said in his written decision we should not ignore it that it is a top secret case. Irrefutable evidence against Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi are enough to prove their link to this case.
