SWABI: Seventeen-year-old nephew of ANP Maneri Bala Swabi President Sher Ali Khan drowned in the flood water in the canal and the search is still underway by the officials of the Rescue 1122 here on Saturday. Along with his friends, he came to the said canal, where due to heavy rain in the upper areas, the water was flowing in this canal with high and fast flow. As a result of digging for gravel and sand in the upper canal (Khor), large caves have been formed, in which flood water comes in abundance these days and a large amount of sand is also deposited in it. It is thought that Umar might have been stuck in the pile of sand. The teams of Rescue 1122 Swabi, including local people and expert divers, searched the lower area of the water flow several times, but they did not find Umar’s body so far. APP
