Toshakhana case

A divisional bench of the Islamabad High Court will announce its reserved ruling on an appeal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran against rejection of nine bail application by the lower courts, on Monday, according to the IHC cause list issued on Sunday. A sessions court and an anti-terrorism court had dismissed the bail applications, following Imran’s conviction in Toshakhana case in August. The pleas were related to three cases over May 9 violence, another three over protest in Islamabad, besides forgery in Toshakhan case and others.
