ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued perpetual arrest warrants of 10 PTI leaders includingMurad Saeed,Umar Ayub and Shibli Faraz in judicial complex attack case. The case came up for hearing before ATC Islamabad Wednesday.
The court issued perpetual arrest warrants of PTI 10 leaders.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain issued perpetual arrest warrants due to their persistent absence from court despite issuance of their summons by the court. The leaders whose arrest warrants have been issued are Murad Saeed, Umar Ayub Khan, Ali Amin Gandapur, Shibli Faraz, Farrukh Habib, Hammad Azhar, Ali Nawaz Awan, Hassan Khan Niazi, Umar Sultan and Col (Retd) Asim. According to court these accused have been declared proclaimed offenders. Wherever the accused are seen, they be arrested and be presented before the court. ONLINE
