LONDON
England’s fast bowler David Wiley has announced his retirement after the World Cup.
In this regard, 33-year-old David Willey has said that since childhood he dreamed of playing cricket only for England.
He said that it is with great regret that it is time to retire from all formats of cricket after the World Cup.
David Willey was not given a central contract by England and is the only English cricketer to play in the World Cup who was not given a central contract.
A few days ago, the England Cricket Board gave central contracts to 29 players. David Willey has represented England in 70 ODIs and 43 T20 matches.
