Tehreek-e-Insaf’s constitutional and legal team has advised Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan to appear in the apex court.
The final decision in this regard is likely to come out in the next 48 hours.
The head of the legal team Hamid Khan will go to meet Imran Khan in jail for final consultation in this regard.
Shoaib Shaheen Advocate Spokesperson PTI has also confirmed that Umar Khan should come to appear before the Supreme Court so that apart from being aware of the prison conditions, he will also be able to appease other people including the media.
It should be noted that the Supreme Court has issued a written order for the hearing of the NAB amendment case on October 31.
The court gave the Chairman PTI an opportunity to appear before the court.
In the order, it was written that if the chairman PTI wants to appear in the court, the jail superintendent make arrangements.
On the appeals filed against the decision to declare the NAB amendments null and void, a written order was issued on hearing held on October 31.
NAB amendment case was heard by a five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faiz Isa, chairman PTI is the main petitioner in NAB amendment case.
The Supreme Court has issued notices to all the parties giving an opportunity to Chairman PTI to appear before the court.
In the written order, it was said that a copy of the court order be delivered to the Chairman PTI imprisoned in Adiala Jail.
The hearing against the NAB amendment decision is subject to the detailed decision of the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure.
