ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sought record of cases against Shehr Yar Afridi. The contempt of court case against Deputy Commissioner Islamabad and others in connection with illegal detention of Shehr Yar Afridi came up for hearing in IHC Monday. Justice Babar Sattar of IHC took up miscellaneous petition for hearing. Justice Babar Sattar inquired from Qaisar Imam does he want to file report. Prosecutor Qaisar Imam took the plea record of cases be called from respective police station against Shehr Yar Afridi. Justice Babar Sattar remarked “ I will pass orders on your plea. The court while summoning record of cases against Shehr Yar Afridi adjourned the hearing of the case. Online
