Progress on jobs for Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia

More progress has been made on the issue of jobs for Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia and now the technical skills training and test will be held in Pakistan, and immediate visa will be given upon passing.
Saudi Arabia has agreed to set up a network of training centers in Pakistan for 23 professional skills, under which the number of advanced technical skill centers in Pakistan will be increased from 26 to 123.
New training centers will be opened in the small and big cities of the four provinces in collaboration with NEOTECH, by increasing the number of training centers, 6 lakh skilled workers will be able to complete training in their country every year.
The Saudi work visa will be subject to the training course and the test will be conditioned with the standard of Saudi testing company “Takamol”. “Takamol” team will also visit Pakistan in December to establish a training center.
Tests will be conducted under Pakistan Labor’s Skills Verification Program and digital platforms.
