Bhatti’s appointment Case
LAHORE
Lahore High Court (LHC) has directed to schedule the bail application of former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in the appointment case of Muhammad Khan Bhatti.
In the Lahore High Court, Parvaiz Elahi’s bail application in the appointment case of Muhammad Khan Bhatti was heard.
LHC overruled the office objection and directed to schedule the application for hearing.
Elahi’s lawyer took the position that the office has raised an objection not attaching the certified copy, so it is attached now, however, a case was established against Parvez Elahi on political grounds.
It should be noted that the anti-corruption court of Lahore rejected the bail application of Parvez Elahi in the case of recruitment of Muhammad Khan Bhatti as Principal Secretary in the Punjab Assembly.
