Finance Ministry has allocated 17.4 billion rupees to Election Commission (EC) for the conduct of General Elections and more funds will be released.
It is told in an announcement by Finance Ministry that Finance Division has allocated required 17.4 billion rupees to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for the conduct of General Elections. 10 billion were allocated in previous month July 2023. According to Finance Division, overall 27.4 billion rupees have been allocated to ECP regarding General Elections so far.
According to Finance Division, we are determined for provision of funds as required by EC.
