On public grievances, newly appointed Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Fayyaz Khan Sherpao made a surprise visit to the District Headquarters Hospital Mardan as a common citizen without any security here on Thursday, sources said.
Sources added that the majority of the masses complain about the lack of facilities and mismanagement, misconduct and misbehave of the hospital doctors and staff at DHQ hospital Mardan.
Source added that on the public grievances the deputy commissioner visited the DHQ hospital as a common citizen without any security. Sources added that the DC visited different parts of the hospital however majority of the administration and staff were unaware about the DC visit.
The DC met the patients at the DHQ hospital and also reviewed the facilities. He inquired about the complaints from the common citizens and patients. The deputy commissioner also checks various departments.
The patients and their attendant’s complaints about the lack of facilities and misbehavior of doctors and other staff of the hospital. The deputy commissioner directed the hospital administration to provide all facilities to the patients and also issued instructions regarding the provision of all amenities and cleanliness.
