PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has stopped the Election Commission of Pakistan from taking action against PTI till December 21. In the PHC, a hearing was held on PTI’s petitions against the Election Commission’s notices on the issue of intra-party elections and electoral symbols. Justice Attique Shah and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah heard the petition. During the hearing, the Election Commission representative said that we will submit the answer today. On which the court directed the Election Commission not to take action against PTI until December 21. The court stopped the Election Commission from proceeding and adjourned the hearing till December 21. Online
